Our Story

And so, it begins! The first restaurant location for Ruby Red's BBQ will be opening in La Habra, CA in April 2021. SoCal has been craving for some real craft, Pit-Style BBQ for a long time. Well, the wait will soon be over. You'll now be able to have my Texas style BBQ along with a little South Carolina and Memphis thrown in to round out the experience. My Prime, Craft meat will be made on-site, smoked low and slow along with my original recipe, "From Scratch" sides, original Sauces and daily baked, Artisanal desserts. Our restaurant will be an elegant and inviting home away from home for those who enjoy good eats and good company. Stay tuned for upcoming details about two of our limited opportunities to become lifelong Ambassadors of Ruby Red's which will come with our Ambassadors discount at all locations on all purchases of food and merchandise, forever. These two programs will be first come first serve and the qualifying and selection process for these Ambassadors will take place prior to the opening of this first location. We will also be holding our own SoCal smoke off events twice per year with major awards. Lastly, other than providing the best Q around, Ruby Red's is also devoted to giving back to those in need in the local area. This will be accomplished by direct food donations as well as periodic fundraisers, homemade blanket drives, handmade toy drives and other events in an effort to spread a little love to those less fortunate around us.
