Do you know the story behind our saloon tables? Ruby Red’s founder, Steve Williamson, loves fine craftsmanship and exotic wood. After designing and building all of the restaurant’s millwork, he hand-made every tabletop from raw lumber. On your next visit, stroll the saloon and you’ll see pieces crafted from species around the world. Look closer: each table carries a brass nameplate with facts about its tree, origin, character, and quirks. They’re a perfect fit for Ruby Red’s detail-driven experience. We hope you love them as much as we do.

Meet Priscilla Lopez, one of our wonderful servers at Ruby Red’s. Priscilla joined our team in February of this year, bringing with her a kind spirit and a true dedication to her work. Originally from Mexico, she has worked hard to provide a better life for her children, balancing two jobs with grace and determination. For over ten years, Priscilla also worked at Olive Garden, where she won “Employee of the Year” twice — a testament to the passion and heart she puts into everything she does.
Priscilla loves working at Ruby Red’s and serving families, and she especially enjoys the family-like atmosphere among our team. Her favorite menu item is the delicious Avocado Toast — something she says she just can’t stop eating! Outside of work, Priscilla enjoys going to the beach, breathing in the fresh ocean air, and relaxing with her children.
If she won the lottery, Priscilla dreams of traveling the world with her children to show them all the wonders this planet has to offer. She would also build a restaurant that donates food to children in need — a reflection of her generous heart. We are truly blessed to have such a hardworking, compassionate, and joyful person as part of our Ruby Red’s family.
